One Rule That Helps Me Save Money

In the age of consumerism, what can we do to help us save money? I have one rule that I follow to achieve a debt-free life.

That is “If you can’t afford it in cash, then don’t buy it.”

This rule helps me avoid the debt trap. It may sound frugal, but the debt trap is one of the hardest traps to get out from. Sometimes, it will take a lifetime to get out of debt. When you want to buy something, ask yourself if can you pay for it in cash?
