It’s time to change what we eat

What if I told you the foods that we are eating is the cause of our illness and diseases? I'm talking about diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney malfunctions, obesity, and arthritis.

Some people say that these illnesses come from genetic disorders.

Well, the foods that we eat are causing this.

I'm talking about animal-based foods like pork, chicken, beef, fish etc.…

Also, an article released by World Health Organization (WHO) says that the processed foods such as hot dogs, bacon, ham and other deli meats have carcinogens which are the cause of cancer.

What if by changing the way we eat can avoid these serious illnesses or even reduce its chances?

How? I have a simple answer for that.

Vegan Diet

A vegan diet consists of plant-derived foods that don't include animal-based foods.

You might not be expecting that answer but it's true.

People who experienced these diseases changed their diet from animal-based to vegan diet immediately felt the difference it makes to their body.

Some testimonies include losing body weight and their chances of getting serious illness reduced because the vegan diet is low in saturated fats.

Not only that this diet reduces our chances of being ill. It is also a factor in weight loss.

Even athletes like tennis superstar Venus Williams, American football star QB Tom Brady, NBA star Kyrie Irving, MMA fighter Nate Diaz, and surfer Tia Blanco who changed their diet because it makes them perform better.

I decided to have a vegan diet as well and I'm telling you the results are amazing.

There are many advantages when you go vegan as I mentioned earlier you reduce chances of having serious illnesses, it promotes weight loss, it gives more fiber intake which is crucial to our body, you also help the environment by reducing the animals that are being slaughtered every day which causes more carbon footprint and have more nutrients in your body.

The disadvantage is that by going vegan you might lack certain nutrients such as vitamin B-12, folic acid, and protein.

Acquiring these nutrients are achievable by eating whole foods like cereals or oat meals.

If you don't like eating pure vegetables there are available vegan-processed foods like tofu or mushroom patties and a whole lot more.

Bottom line is this is your choice. Do you want to take care of your body?

If you have a background of serious illnesses and you want to change your diet after reading this make sure that you seek professional advice first.
